Spencer Jackson is a 9th grader at Mapleton Junior High. He received an award for maintaining a 4.0 for the entire school year of 2017-2018. He also received the Presidental Award for having a 4.0 for the past 3 years. He is such a fantastic example to others. He is so kind and friendly to all that he meets. Congrats, Spencer. Keep up the excellent work!!
Dusty Williams is a Senior at Landmark High. Dusty belongs to the Cherokee Tribe. His friends and family would describe him as hardworking, honest, and friendly.
Dusty likes the Fast and Furious movie series. In his free time, Dusty loves to go on adventures, and ride his BMX or Longboard. His favorite color is Red and Black. Abraham Flores is a Senior at Landmark High School. He is from the Northen Ute Tribe. His friends and family would describe him as a big protector, who helps watch over this two younger sisters.
Abraham loves to play video games, and go to the movies. His favorite movies are about Zombies and the Avengers. His favorite sport is football, and his favorite color is red.
Shakotah Billie is a graduating Senior at Spanish Fork High School. Shakotah is Navajo and Caucasian. She is the daughter of Monty and Natalie Billie. Her friends and family describe her as funny, sweet, athletic and easy to talk to.
Breanne is a graduating Senior from Salem Hills High School. She is from the Mohawk Tribe. Breanne's family and friends would describe her as outgoing, kind, and quiet.
Breanne is an extremely talented individual. She is blessed with the ability to dance and sing. Her favorite food includes anything with chocolate. Her favorite quote is from Kurt Cobain, "Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are."

This past week, Nebo Title VI students spend their afternoon cleaning up garbage on the Spanish Fork Trail in honor of Earth Day. The trail is over a mile and a half in length and runs alongside a beautiful river. There are many trees and plants along the trail with many animals in their natural habitat. Hunderds of local residents use this trail on a daily basis, and spend their afternoons on the trail.
