Dylan Smith is a graduating senior from Salem Hills High School. He belongs to the Chickasaw tribe. Dylan is an exemplary student who takes advantage of educational opportunities. 

Karden Devenish is a graduating senior from Maple Mountian High School. He belongs to the Cherokee Tribe. His family and friends describe him as fun, responsible, and a hard worker. 

Title VI Indian Education would like to invite the community to the following events this week and next:

Shakotah Billie our 2020-2021 Dreamstarter held a Reflection Contest for all our Native American students in Nebo School District. The purpose of the reflection contest was for students to reflect on their experience during the pandemic and express to others how they overcame the pandemic using elements of Hozho (beauty, balance, order). 

We are excited to announce the 2022 Nebo Title VI Scholarship Recipients. Each student is a dedicated hard working individual with wonderful aspirations. 

McKenzie Larsen, Springville High 

Ellianna is a graduating senior from Salem Hills High School. She is from the Navajo Tribe. She is a very bright and talented young lady and has danced for most of my life and was on the SHHS Dance Company my junior year.
